1. Login to Wordpress Admin
2. Plugins
3. Add New
4. Upload plugin
5. Browse for: SW_Neighborhood_Walker.zip
6. Install now

• Wordpress installation
• PHP version 5.2 or newer
• MySQL (4.1+)

You can use it in any post, even multiple times in same, with shortcode:

[walker metric="miles" address="varaždin" default_index="1"]my nice place description[/walker]

Available attributes:

• latitude, example: 46.4199535
• longitude, example: 15.8696884
• address, any address, if entered then lat and lon will be ignored
• radius, radius to show places in meters
• metric, km or miles
• lang_code, google maps lang code, example: en
• zoom, default 15
• width, default 100%
• default_index, index of auto selected category
• height, default 400px
• lang_Distance, specific text to replace word 'Distance'
• lang_WalkingTime, specific text to replace word 'Walking time'
• lang_Details, specific text to replace word 'Details'

Login to Wordpress admin->Apparances->Widgets

Usage: Just drag and drop Walker map into wanted sidebar and populate wanted fields

You can upload custom market, standard upload field

You can enter custom "Custom map style", standard JSON configuration

Find custom style on snazzymaps

You can manage "Categories" visually:

Enter wanted title, example: Restourant
Icon can be empty, complete url or filename (png file) from "wp-content/plugins/SW_Neighborhood_Walker/img/places_icons", example: restourant.png
Places list should include types from: Documentation, example: food,bar,cafe,restourant

Code is nicely structured:

• CSS definitions: css/style.css
• Images inside img folder, original files have extension .fw.png (Editable Fireworks files)
• JS inside js folder, jQuery is used, you can found object oriented plugin for map: jQuery.fn.NearPlaces

And 4 PHP files:

• sw_neighborhood_walker.php, main plugin file, registering shortcode and other 3 files
• sw_helpers.php, few helper functions, to generate map on frontend, generate_head_meta to include styles, js and comparition function used to sort array of categories
• sw_neighborhood_walker_widget.php, including class and widget registration
• sw_options.php, including class and options registration
